Ironman Lake Tahoe

It’s been 8 years since I last did Ironman. Back then I was a single guy and priorities were just a little different.  This year, Ironman Lake Tahoe was a “team LeRoy” effort (pictured below). It was an epic day, surrounded by beautiful scenery, extreme temperatures and high altitude. Racing in the UK

This past weekend I raced in my first triathlon since our move to England.  The race was held at the Eton Rowing Club grounds which will host the 2012 Olympic Rowing events. I went to the race without the family. Birthday Race

This past weekend I celebrated my 29th birthday (again) by doing something I love…racing. This is my now my 10th year in triathlon and I’m still enjoying the racing and all the great friends I’ve made in the last decade.
